About me
Hi, I'm Bonnie.
I'm an instructional designer and facilitator with more than 15 years at Apple and AT&T, building training that helps people do their jobs better.
Right now I'm on a rotation with Apple's Worldwide Sales and Operations Support Learning and Development team. I design live virtual sessions, job aids, and reference materials, partner with subject matter experts, and track enrollment and completion in a learning management system.
My core role at Apple is running complex technical investigations, where I look for patterns across large volumes of case data. That habit shapes how I design: before building anything, I find out why performance is falling short, then build practice that targets it.
Training has been part of my work for a long time. At AT&T, I was responsible for developing a team of representatives through live training on troubleshooting and quality standards.
