Can you earn back a frustrated customer's trust before he asks for your supervisor? New hires guide a call through three decisions using the 3 A's, with a trust meter that reacts to every choice. Then they take a live practice call where an AI customer responds to their own typed replies.

Live virtual sessions that keep people engaged and practicing, grounded in adult learning principles. I have designed and facilitated training at both Apple and AT&T.
Before I design anything, I find out why performance is falling short: a skill gap, a knowledge gap, or a process or tools problem. Training only fixes some of those, and years of running technical investigations at Apple taught me to tell them apart.
